The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from Kalejdoroom Online Store and not the butik.


 

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

 
 

Every time you order an item through Kalejdoroom.dk we will automatically send you an order confirmation, after which your order will be packed and shipped.

All prices at Kalejdoroom.dk are incl. 25% VAT, and in DKK.


Shipping rates:

Some products on our store, require an extra special care for the delivery and have to be delivered “to-the-door”.

Upholstered Furniture - 700 DKK
The size and weight exceeds the standard shipping, and thus requires larger vehicle and more than one carrier.

Please note, that the upholstered furniture with specific colour and size, as it is made-to-order, may require more than 5 days before the delivery and is strictly non-refundable.

Marble Furniture - 400 DKK
Due to the weight and specifications of the material, marble tops are packed in the wooden boxes, and must remain in the standing position throughout the delivery, to avoid any damages.

Other Large Furniture - 300 DKK

Rugs - 200 DKK

In case of special carrier deliveries, if you are not home on the agreed day, you will have to pay for a new delivery, or collect it from our store in Copenhagen.

Also, if you refuse to receive ordered goods, you must bear the cost of the return, which will be deducted when the amount of the item is refunded.

All other orders are delivered with GLS.

If you are not home to receive the package, it must be picked up at the nearest GLS shop.

Full price products - for any other products we offer free, 3-5 days delivery.

Sale products - delivery cost based on the weight of the product.

If you refuse to receive the ordered goods or do not pick them up in the GLS shop, you will have to bear the costs of the return, which will be deducted when the amount of the goods is refunded.

RETURNS

 

We provide 7 days full return right from the day you receive the goods from kalejdoroom.dk.

The goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as upon receipt.

Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible.

You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.

Please note that, any upholstered furniture ordered, or other large products are strictly non-refundable.

Complaints of goods that have faults and deficiencies upon receipt must be notified within 24 hours by email: kalejdoroom@kalejdoroom.dk.


BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

 

We have a price guarantee on all our products.

If you find an item priced cheaper on another Danish web store, we will match the price on kalejdoroom.dk. Please note that prices on our web store and the physical butik in Copenhagen may vary.

We constantly adjust our prices to make sure you save the most when you shop with us.

Here's how to get a price guarantee:

1. Send an email to: kalejdoroom@kalejdoroom.dk with a link or a screenshot of the price and offer you found on another Danish web store. Please write "price guarantee" as the subject of the email.

2. When we receive your inquiry, we will investigate the offer. You will then hear if it meets the conditions and whether we can match the price.

3. We will then reduce the price of the product on our web store. If you have already ordered, we will transfer the difference to your account.

Terms of price guarantee:

Your inquiry must be sent to us either before your place an order, or within 7 days of ordering.

The price of the item is excl. delivery.

The price guarantee applies to Danish web stores and only online prices.

The price guarantee does not apply to discount codes, memberships or the like.

The Price Guarantee does not apply to opening offers, termination sales or other limited time or quantity offers.


COMPLAINTS

 

The Purchase Act gives a right of complaint for 24 months. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.

If the item is damaged during transport, has faults and defects, and you do not want a new item, but simply return it, you must bear the cost of shipping yourself.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behaviour.

You must contact us within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. In the case of a transport damage, the complaint must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, as we must notify the shipping company within 2 days of receipt. Therefore, it is always a good idea to check the item on delivery.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
